We offer more than just high quality and advanced technology. After installation, our technical team will continue to provide ongoing support and is ready to answer any questions you may have. The manufacturer of SuperEx equipment provides a 1-year warranty on the supplied equipment, as well as the production and supply of spare parts for any installation for at least 10 years from the date of commissioning. In accordance with the company's customer-oriented policy, we provide cost-effective annual Spare Parts and Accessories (SPAA) packages for all equipment. The most important part (the "engine" of the system) is the reliable pneumatic pumps - gas boosters (or hydraulic) high pressure SuperEx of our own production. The piston group, check valves and other contact surfaces of the pump are made of stainless steel AISI 316L, while many manufacturers use less resistant to aggressive chemical environments steel AISI 304. The piston shaft is coated with tungsten carbide (or ceramic) to prevent scratches during operation. The manufacturer of the SuperEx system can quickly perform post-warranty repairs of the pump at a price significantly cheaper than buying a new one, and also guarantees easy accessibility and the possibility of modifying any consumables (for example, the possibility of replacing seals with ones more resistant to aggressive chemical environments and/or high temperatures).
