AltraFlora is the official distributor of the Turkish company Pard Engineering Co. Ltd. and supplies supercritical CO2 extraction plants under the SupereX trademark to the territory of Central Asian countries. We offer a wide range of laboratory and industrial systems (extractor volume 0.25 – 1000L, operating pressure up to 700 bar, operating temperature up to 200 °C) for extraction of solid and liquid biomass, drying of valuable materials and aerogels, organic synthesis, micronization and a wide range of other applications. Supercritical CO2 extraction equipment under the SupereX trademark has been developed taking into account strict requirements, certified in the European Union (international CE certificate), used in universities, research laboratories, as well as in food and many other industrial plants in Turkey, Russia, Germany, Spain, Serbia, Egypt, USA, Canada and India. Pard Engineering Co. Ltd. is a leading supplier of supercritical CO2 extraction equipment, the company was founded in 2017 in Konya, Turkey.

At the request of the client, the company also provides various technical safety documents, including calculations of high-pressure vessels (Visual Vessel Design), certification of welding technology (according to EN 15614-1), high-pressure tests, calculation of the design of high-pressure vessels (according to EN 13445) and others. The manufacturer of the SupereX system can quickly carry out post-warranty repairs of pumps and other equipment elements at a price significantly cheaper than buying a new one, and also guarantees easy availability and the possibility of modifying any consumables (for example, the possibility of replacing seals with more resistant to aggressive chemical environments and/or high temperatures).
• A joint assessment of your needs with the manufacturer and the opportunity to change technical specifications, add additional options or develop individual technical solutions and installations of the CSE taking into account the requirements of the client.
